Routines

  • Begin the day by just noticing 5 deep breaths. Notice when you are breathing in and when you are breathing out. 
  • Open the shades and take a moment to notice how you feel mentally, emotionally, physically.
  • Have some hot, warm or room temperature water the jump start your digestion.
  • Do some gentle movement to begin to wake up the body.
  • Try not to pick up your phone for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
  • Make your bed or at least make it neat : )
  • Listen to music you enjoy and that makes you feel good
  • Start a gratitude list and add one thing each morning.
